About Us
At Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant, we serve authentic Mexican cuisine and street-style favorites made with passion, pride, and genuine care. We take no shortcuts in our kitchen—our meats are carefully seasoned, our salsas are made fresh, and every recipe honors time-tested traditions. Guests trust us for family dinners and quick weekend bites because they know we treat every plate like it’s for our own table. As Sally shared, "A cozy little gem run by one incredibly kind woman who handles everything herself with warmth and patience. The food tastes homemade and comforting, and the atmosphere feels like being welcomed into someone’s home."
From our signature al pastor and chorizo tacos to our freshly whipped guacamole, tender tamales, baked cheese enchiladas, and sweet horchata, freshness and comforting hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. We know our regulars by name, and first-time guests quickly become part of the family. We're proud to serve the Scranton community.
